Student employment opportunities help many UAF students pay for college costs. Approximately 1,000 students are employed in campus jobs. For more info on campus jobs or jobs through the Federal Work Study program, click here.
If you are interested in biomedical or health research, then you may qualify for a scholarship through the Biomedical Student and Learning program. Their scholarships can cover tuition and living expenses although amounts awarded will vary.
The UA Scholars Program encourages Alaska’s high school graduates to get their advanced education in Alaska. The UA Scholars Award is an $12,000 scholarship which can cover eligible expenses such as undergraduate tuition, fees, room, board, books, supplies and other educational costs associated with going to a UA school.
